Email Basics Course

This course is for those of you new to email and will take you through the process of setting up your email client, sending/receiving and managing your email.

 There are  5 areas (below) I will be covering and although I will be using Outlook Express as my client in all of the examples what will be covered will be applicable to almost any email client.

In order to improve the course your feedback would be appreciated. If you feel that I haven't explained something well or have missed out something then please let me know (form below) and I will do my best to incorporate your suggestions as soon as possible.

1. Email Overview-different types of email client, mailboxes etc
2. Sending and Receiving- HTML and plain text, preview, tracking emails, images in emails, attachments, signatures etc.
3. Managing Addresses- contact lists, import and export.
4. Organising email- folders, views etc
5. Managing email accounts- Multiple email accounts, identities etc

The current plan is to have the entire course complete by end June 2008.
