IncrediMail Notifiers

Incredimail notifiers are animated characters which will notify you, both visually and with sound, of new email even when IncrediMail is closed. There is a wide and growing selection of IncrediMail notifiers to choose from, either from the IncrediMail gallery or various other IncrediMail sites (see resources below).

Configuring Incredimail Notifiers

The IncrediMail Notifier can be configured by either right clicking the orange mail envelope icon in the right side of the system tray and selecting select notifier or with Incredimail open selecting tools>select notifier. The options are:

Select a specific notifier e.g. butler or use a random notifier.
Play sound.
Check for new mail period- This is how often Incredimail checks for new mail the default is usually 5 minutes.
Automatically dismiss notifier after x seconds. The default is that the notifier stays on screen until dismissed manually.
Smart Notifier- This option allows you to configure a different notifiers depending on who sent the email. For example you could have the butler announce a new email from your wife and a the dog an email from your boss. This option is however only available with the Incredimail premium version.

New Notifiers and IncrediMail Gold

Incredimail offer Notifiers etc either free or on a subscription membership basis. New notifiers are available from the Incredimail web site on a regular basis especially around festive occasions like Valentines, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Anything in in the IncrediMail gold collection is only available by becoming an Incredimail member.
