IncrediMail Build Level

The build level is the software version. When Incredimail make changes to their software they designate their changes by the assigning a different build level. The higher the build level the more recent the software. Thus build 1488 is more recent than build level 1361.

To check your present build level open Incredimail and select help>About Incredimail Xe. The Build number is the last 4 digits currently 1488 (June 2004) but 1361 in the screenshot below.

Build Level Changes

To check the latest build level the build level history and the differences between the build levels then  click the version details link on the IncrediMail download page (see below for a sample).

 Build 1487 - Released May 23, 2004

    Build 2154 - Released November 14, 2005 (Major Build)

    • New Content Notification - Get notified when new content is available in the Online Gallery.

    • Enhanced Spelling Options - Automatic capitalization of first letter in a sentence, automatic correction of common spelling mistakes, automatic spell check before sending a message.

    • New Version Notification - Get notified when a new version of IncrediMail is published.
