Incredimail Xe displays advertisements in the status window which can be annoying to some the Incredimail premium  doesn't have advertisements.

No Incredimail Link on the Bottom of Emails

All email sent with the Incredimail Xe  have a link to the Incredimail website on the bottom. Incredimail Premium emails don't have this link.

Voice Message Recorder

 Incredimail Premium lets you personalize your emails by adding your own voice as an attachment to your emails.

Advanced  Notifier based on sender

Incredimail Premium allows you to select a different notifier based on the sender of the email. The butler could be used to announce emails from your mom and the dog for emails from your boss. You will know who has sent the email even without opening it first.
 

 ChangeableSkins

 Incredimail Premium lets you personalize the look of Incredimail itself by changing skins. There is a wide selection of skins available at the  constantly growing IncrediMail skins gallery  and other sites.

Incredimail Premium has advanced Account Access features that allow you to:

• control  which emails to download or delete directly from the server. You can delete large or suspicious emails directly on the server without having to waste time downloading them first.

Upgrading to Incredimail Premium.

Incredimail premium is the standard Xe version with the limitations removed. There is no need to download IncrediMail premium if you have already downloaded IncrediMail Xe.

The upgrade is accomplished by entering the registration code you receive when you purchase the Incredimail premium version which removes the restrictions of the Xe version.
