Commercial Anti-Spam softwareAlthough Outlook Express has built in spam control features they are not as comprehensive and easy to set up and maintain as commercial anti-spam software solutions like Spam Inspector, Spam bully, Spam assassin etc. Because of the danger posed by phishing scams I would advise you to choose anti spam software that has this capability built in.
