Send Message using Outlook Express Stationary
Outlook Express stationary can be used to brighten up your email. To
create and send an email message using Outlook Express stationary
proceed as follows.
1. On the toolbar click the drop down arrow
to the right of the Compose Message button
(Outlook Express 6.0) or the New Mail button
(Outlook Express 5). You should see a list of stationary as shown
in the screen shot below.

2. Select the stationary you want to use; if it is not displayed you can
browse for the stationary by clicking select stationary. A new message form will
open with selected stationary. See screen shot below:
3.Type in the recipients address in the To box. If you want
to send to more than one recipients separate the email addresses
using a semi colon. e.g.
John@abc123.com;Jane@abc123.com. Enter a subject and type in your message.
If you want to add special formatting to the message, change the background, or
even insert a sound then click Format.

3. To send the message Click send or if you are working offline click
"file>send later".
4.Done! Wasn't that difficult after all! You can now create and send an email using Outlook Express Stationary.
This article/tutorial was written and tested on Outlook Express 6.0. It should also be applicable to Outlook Express 5.5. It may work on previous versions of Outlook Express with minor modifications.
