Configure IncrediMail to Access Multiple Email Accounts/Mailboxes
You can use IncrediMail to access email from multiple mailboxes. Incredimail
will place all email into the inbox.
To setup IncrediMail to retrieve email from multiple mailboxes simply repeat
the account setup procedure (links below) for each email account.
Multiple Account Limitations
All email arrives in the same inbox which at first seems ideal. What happens
when you send email? Well all email sent appears to come from a single address
Once you have several email accounts configured you need to select a default
account. The default account is important because when sending email the reply
address will be the set to the address of the default account.

However, when replying to email the reply address is set correctly to the
email address of the recipient.
When using virus checkers with IncrediMail you have to
ensure that they work with email retrieved from multiple mailboxes Problem
accounts tend to be hotmail as most virus checkers
only virus scan incoming email on pop3 (default email protocol), but hotmail uses
the http protocol.
Because of this you may think you have virus protection but haven't.
Therefore sensible procedures are necessary, and as before, save all attachments
to a local temporary folder and virus scan them before opening.
