Organising Your Email for Outlook Express Users
In last months issue we looked at accessing mailboxes and Identities. This month we will look at were your email is located and organising the email in your mailbox.
Many email newbies and even seasoned email users are not sure where their email is actually stored. They are also not really sure of the difference between a mailbox and an inbox. If your not sure
then you should read
Mailboxes and Mailbox Locations
Outlook Express creates some default folders that you can use They are inbox, outbox, sent items, deleted items. In addition you can create your own folders that you can use to store your emails in
based on the way you work/personal preferences. Continued in Outlook Express Folders.
If you are unsure of how to configure message rules see
Outlook Express Message Rules.

Remember
You should ensure that the details are kept confidential as they are very important (see - If I knew your email account details.
It is also a very good idea to change your account password on a regular basis (every 60 days is sufficient). If you do this you either have to keep a note of the change each time or develop a system for your
passwords. It is also important that you do not use the same password anywhere else.
If you're tired of typing in passwords to enter websites then why not automate it! Roboform is a website password manager that not only remembers your
passwords it can generate them as well.
