How to reinstall and/or remove Microsoft Outlook Express
You may experience problems that require you to reinstall or remove Microsoft Outlook Express. I would recommend that you always attempt a reinstall first (without removing anything) and if that doesn't work then a remove and reinstall. Normally it is possible to complete both processes by using the control panel add/remove programs. Because Microsoft Outlook Express is a component of Internet Explorer you may need to remove and reinstall Internet explorer in order to remove and reinstall Outlook Express. Always remember to take a backup of Outlook Express before removing or reinstalling Internet Explorer and/or Outlook Express!
